Blyer's ready for tomorrow—are you?

Come on out to the time trial at tomorrow morning’s ride. All members of all abilities are welcome.

When: Tomorrow 8/31 @ 5:45 a.m.
What: Time trial of 3 loops (10 miles) or just your best 1 loop.  You decide!
Why: What better way to…
- prep for your end-of-season race
- test your fitness after a summer of hard training
- set a new personal best for riding around our favorite training ground
- just get in a good workout

The plan…

1) Two loop warm-up to ensure everyone is loose for this short, intense effort.  Please arrive by 5:45 so we can avoid car traffic close to 7.

2) Reconvene back at Grand Army Plaza after the warm up. After a brief strategy discussion, we’ll send people off in intervals using a rolling start. (If you arrive a bit late for the pushoff, just get in a 1+ loop warm-up and meet everyone at GAP at 6:15.)

3) You can use your watch to time yourself but Tom will be on hand able to time anyone who doesn’t want to fuss with his or her watch.

4) Short cool down followed by bagels (if we can arrange for them to be delivered).
